We are confident that the tackle that you have purchased from Newton Tackle & Gun Centre is just what you were looking for, however if this is not the case you can return the item or items to us for a full refund of the product(s) within seven (7) days PROVIDING that they are unused and in re-saleable condition. Before returning any items you must contact Newton Tackle & Gun Centre via e-mail to receive authorisation to return the goods. Goods are to be returned at the customers expense and we strongly recommend sending them via a tracked method. Refunds are processed within three (3) working days of the goods arriving back with Newton Tackle & Gun Centre and are processed via the same method as used for payment. Postage and carriage charges are not refunded. You have the right to cancel your order at any time without penalty. However if the order has already been shipped we cannot stop the delivery and if the order is refused there will be a charge for returning the consignment to us. All of the payments taken via the payment providers are checked for security and processed but NOT taken. No monies are taken from any payments until the goods are ready to be shipped.
